Just put your ass on this fixed gear convert. With a powder coated fixed gear bike, you'll be swimming in Betty's. The frame a is an early 1970's Peugeot. Nice lugs. The instant frame has been modified. You won't be able to turn this back into a road bike, because the braze-on's and the derailleur hanger have been ground off.

This is not a single speed, so if you're unfamiliar with riding a fixed gear bike, it'll take a coupla weeks to master.
